There’s a void in New York’s hospitality landscape when it comes to outdoor dining. While there’s no shortage of sidewalk seating, there are only a handful of fully outdoor restaurants. The appearance of these spaces makes it clear they’re considered temporary, seasonal, and not worth investing in.
Seasonality is our concept. A well-designed outdoor environment offers something no interior can. Light filters through leaves, blooms come and go, scents shift with the season, and the mood transforms with weather, wind, and time of day. It’s an experience that embraces change and makes it a large part of the atmosphere.
This is not just another pop-up or backyard patio—it’s a new category of venue. We’re treating the design and programming of GardenBar with the same level of detail, service, and ambiance you’d expect from any of the city’s top restaurant groups.
